Start with audience behavior
Choose a channel because the audience uses it for a relevant purpose and you can create a suitable format consistently. A popular platform is not automatically a good acquisition channel for your business. Observe the questions, language, and examples people respond to.
Give the content a job
Use three or four focused themes: explain a problem, demonstrate an approach, answer an objection, or show credible work. Match the theme to a customer need. A short tutorial can earn attention; a documented example can help someone judge your approach.
Connect the post to a next step
Not every post needs a sales CTA. When the content supports action, offer a relevant worksheet, guide, useful reply, or service page. Make the destination match the promise. Keep campaign link tagging consistent so you can understand the visits you receive.
Learn from patterns, not a viral outlier
Review which topics create qualified conversation, useful saves/shares, relevant visits, and inquiries. Engagement counts have different meanings across platforms. Compare like with like, and do not assume a competitor has a profitable business because one post received a lot of views.
Use AI without losing the point
Give AI one approved article or customer insight and ask for several platform-appropriate adaptations. Review every claim and keep the meaning intact. Avoid invented personal stories, customer examples, or results. Your perspective should remain recognizable.
